What is Expected Delivery?

Expected Delivery is the length of time it should take to receive your order from the time you placed it! We can ship anywhere in the contiguous US within 2 business days unless otherwise noted.

What does In Stock mean?

The product is in one of our warehouses and ready to ship. Fast and FREE delivery.

How is it possible to ship anywhere in the continental US in only 2 days?

We maintain a strategic network of warehouses throughout the contiguous US so that we can deliver our products in a timely manner.

What is Final Price?

Final Price is the total amount you will be charged.  There are no additional charges, i.e. 2-day shipping, handling, etc. Note: charges will apply for Express, or over-sized shipments.

Why am I not being charged TAX?

Because we are located in Canada we are not required to collect taxes.  However, you may be required to remit sales tax to your local taxing authority.

I need it yesterday! Can you help with Express or Expedited shipping?

Yes! We offer overnight (Express) service for a fee (calculated in the shopping cart). See our Shipping Policy for complete details.

What time do I have to place my order by so that it will ship the same day?

12 PM EST. In most cases, your order will ship the same business day if it is placed by 12 PM EST. After 12 PM EST we will do our best to try to get your order out that day. A tracking number will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been shipped.

Do I need authorization to return an item?

Yes. We cannot accept any returns without an Return Goods Aurthorization (RGA). Please see our Return Policy for complete details.

Do I have to pay for shipping when returning an item?

Yes.  You are responsible for that cost. We always encourage our customers to use the most economical option, just be sure to use a shipping method that offers package tracking.

Before returning an item, please contact us to obtain an Return Goods Aurthorization (RGA).

Can I pick up my order?

No. Unforturnately, our warehouses are only equipped to handle outbound shipments and not customer pick-ups.

Are your products brand new and covered by a manufacturer's warranty?

Yes. All of our products are new and covered by a manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

I don't see what I'm looking for—I thought for sure you would have it!
