Quickly replace torn diaphragms on the Hypro D403 or D403GRGI Diaphragm Pump with the BlueFlex diaphragms included in the Hypro 9910-KIT2423BLUE Diaphragm Repair Kit.

This repair kit comes with three BlueFlex diaphragms, a new and innovative diaphragm that redefines durability under the toughest of working conditions. BlueFlex diaphragms are made with the finest diaphragm material available, permitting use with many liquids and aggressive chemicals, such as liquid fertilizers, weed killers, fungicides, pesticides, and more. The thickness and shape of the BlueFlex diaphragm have been carefully developed to reduce mechanical stresses during the working cycle of the pump, especially in the toughest of working conditions.

If the oil in the sight glass has a milky grey color, you have mixed oil in the crankcase. A torn diaphragm usually is the cause of mixed oil in the crankcase, so if this is the case, stop using the pump and replace the diaphragms immediately. Running a diaphragm pump with torn diaphragms can cause serious damage to your pump.
