This Hypro Buna Diaphragm and Valve Repair Kit (D403-RKBUNA) is a complete repair kit for the Hypro D403 Diaphragm Pump. It includes the diaphragms, valves, and o-rings for the Hypro D403 Pump.

If you notice that the oil in the sight glass has a milky grey color or if oil comes out of the discharge port, stop running the pump and replace the diaphragms. This most likely indicates your diaphragms are split. Running your diaphragm pump with damaged diaphragms can cause severe damage to your pump. It is always wise to keep a repair kit nearby in the event of damaged diaphragms.

If your pump is in constant use, the diaphragms should be replaced every 3 months or 500 hours, while valves and o-rings should be replaced every 6 months or 1000 hours to keep your pump reliable in the field.
