If you need to replace the diaphragms on the Hypro D50 Diaphragm Pump, this Hypro 9910-KIT2111 Diaphragm Repair Kit will do the job.

A good indication that the diaphragms are damaged is if you notice the oil has a milky grey color in the oil sight glass or if oil comes out of the discharge port. This most likely indicates your diaphragms are split and will need to be replaced as soon as possible. Shut the pump off and replace the diaphragms because running your pump with damaged diaphragms can cause damage beyond repair.

If your Hypro D50 is in constant use, it is highly recommended to replace diaphragms every 3 months or 500 hours to keep your pump dependable in the field.
