Portable Winch Skidding Cone Kit - PCA-1290-K

This Skidding Cone Kit comes in handy if you require a good anchor point on an ATV, Argo, snowmobile, or even a small tractor. It includes all the accessories you will need to pull heavy logs or pull downed trees up a hill.

With the included PCA-1290 Skidding Cone, the operator can prevent logs from coming into contact with stumps, roots, and other obstacles that can delay their task. The elliptical nose of the Skidding Cone allows it to slide over tree logs and avoid regeneration damage. The large opening of the Skidding Cone can fit 20" diameter logs or a number of smaller stems attached together with the included PCA-1295 Choker Chain. The Choker Chain's steel rod can be pushed under logs and placed inside the cone's opening.

The included PCA-1310 Hitch Plate enables the operator to attach a rope, choker, or sling to an ATV. The low profile of the Skidding Cone allows the operator to look around where they are driving rather than question themselves if a log got jammed on an obstacle. When used together with the PCA-1291 Automatic Release, the PCA-1270 Open Face Corner Block allows the driver to get logs in a bush while staying on the trail with the ATV.
